Talk about a fashion trend. We conceived Style Week Orange County to expand the fashion week concept from designer- to retailerled offerings of seasonal apparel. Ushering in the school of  See It Buy It, catwalk shows, innovative design competitions with Cadillac and Celebrity Cruises, and in-store activations celebrated Southern California’s relaxed style contributions.

Style South – Dollars Rule The Runway
$650K in Direct Sales + $439K in GWP Sales

We helped an Atlanta luxury center take fashion honors with our lineup of catwalk shows and in-store parties attracting the city’s celeb, sports and society A-listers. Instantly popular, the event generated 3 to 10% sales increases and familiarity with first-to-market, high profile brands in its debut. Annual presentations thereafter tallied incredible results–$650K in direct sales and $439K in GWP sales

Instagramamble Moments Boost Social Media Metrics

We boosted social media metrics with programs picturing Santa through a different lens. A Northern California specialty center featured Santa greeting guests and snapping pix atop a vintage motorcycle and sidecar. Meanwhile, a Southern California mega destination let guests snap selfies at the Santa Shack with the board short- and Hawaiian shirt-clad jolly gentleman.

Formula 1 Viewing Party

We transformed raw retail space into a high gloss, high impact viewing party set for a developer client celebrating the inaugural Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix on the fabled Strip. How’s that for a pit stop?

We know more than style as demonstrated by our production of the Parade of Nations, Welcome and Awards Banquet for both the IRONMAN World Championship in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, and IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship that rotates globally each year, including stints in Australia, Austria, Canada, France, New Zealand and South Africa.

The OTF Players’ Wives Association annually joins a Super Bowl host city retail partner to showcase membership on the runway raising funds for local charities prior to the big game. In 2019, we scored by moving the event to our Atlanta luxury center client where we elevated fashion show production values and arranged athlete- and celeb-support at 35 in-store events setting First Quarter sales records.

Roadshow We took the Fifth + Broadway experience on the road with a converted airstream trailer touting Nashville’s newest dining, retail and entertainment destination. Even with the Pandemic restricting market-area locations the traveling exhibit could visit, pre-opening property awareness exceeded expectations and helped draw record crowds and beat sales projections during the delayed launch.
Another pre-opening program trumpeted the Sounds of Social Justice, a fundraiser for the National Museum of African American Music located at Fifth + Broadway.  The cocktail gathering featured a stellar lineup of NFL players and Nashville’s emerging music talent, museum artifacts and a live auction of player- and celebrity-donated items.
